Hi friends! Happy brand-new week! I hope your weekend was relaxing and fun – mine certainly was! I feel much more energized and ready to take on the week ahead.
I want to share a recipe with you today, and it’s probably one of the simplest recipes on this blog 😉 But simple doesn’t take away from its great taste. Does anyone else crave ice-cold drinks in the summer? I swear, I could suck/chew on ice cubes all day if it wasn’t so terrible for my teeth. Aside from my usual Le Croix Sparkling Water, I’ve been loving fruit-infused water. It’s impossible to run out of flavor combinations so get your creative juices flowing and let me know what combinations you’ve tried, or would like to try.
The flavor I’m sharing above is a combination of juicy, farmer’s market strawberries (about as fresh as they come!) and fresh mint. I prepare my infused water in these mason jars for easy transport in the car. Each drink is easy to prepare the night before, so all I have to do when I get up for school or work is grab the mason jar from the fridge. Adding fresh fruit is a such a fun way to add some natural flavor and texture to regular ole water 🙂
