Welcome! I believe strongly that food is nourishing physically, emotionally, and mentally. I help clients gain insight into their own individual relationships and attitudes towards food, eating, and their bodies, and help bring awareness to how these relationships influence eating behaviors.
I have extensive experience and training supporting clients who are struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, relative energy deficiency syndrome (RED-S), and hypothalamic amenorrhea in the inpatient and outpatient settings. I am also a published author, nutrition faculty member, and public speaker. In my spare time, you can almost always find me in the mountains exploring the PNW.
Specialties include: disordered eating, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, sports & mountaineering nutrition, relative energy deficiency, female athlete triad, and hypothalamic amenorrhea.
