What is included in an initial consultation?
Prior to your first visit, I ask that you fill out my detailed intake form that will allow us to take a deeper dive in your medical history, past/current health habits, and your expectations for the future. We’ll work together to identify your short-term and long-term nutrition/health goals, and I’ll help you come up with a list of tangible action items. We’ll also briefly review your typical food intake and pattern so I can provide personalized meal and snack ideas that fit your goals and lifestyle. Depending on time, I may also provide nutrition education, meal planning strategies, and/or supplement recommendations. At the end of our visit, we’ll determine an appropriate follow-up schedule!
How often should we meet?
How often we meet will depend on your current nutrition goals and status. It is common for clients to see me more frequently when we start (every 1-2 weeks), and then to taper down as you make progress towards your goals.
