Hello and thank you for your interest in working together.
- As of March 2025, I have a waiting list for all new teen and adult clients.
- I see clients 13 years and older.
- I am in-network with United Healthcare, Regence, and First Choice Health. Visit this page for help with understanding insurance.
- For all other insurance policies, clients pay me directly and receive a SuperBill to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.
- I see clients in-person at my office in Eastlake or virtually.

As of January 2024, I have limited availability in my schedule to see new clients. If you are interested in working together, please request an appointment using this form or click the button below. Once I receive your submission, I will get back to you within 72-business hours with either:
- An email update with an estimated wait time, OR
- The link to schedule a complimentary 10-minute Meet & Greet video call.
If we decide to work together after our Meet & Greet call, my goal is to get you scheduled within 1-2 weeks for your first visit (an 85-minute consultation). We’ll also discuss what regular follow-up options are available over the next 2-3 months.
