Hello and thank you for your interest in working together.
- As of April 2026, I am accepting new adult clients. I have 1-2 spots available for new teenage clients.
- I see clients 13 years and older.
- I am in-network with United Healthcare, Regence, and First Choice Health. Visit this page for help with understanding insurance.
- For all other insurance policies, clients pay me directly and receive a SuperBill to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.
- I see clients in-person at my office in Eastlake or virtually.

- Within 2-3 business days, you will receive an email from me, and a link to schedule a complimentary 10-minute Meet & Greet video call.
If we decide to work together after our Meet & Greet call, my goal is to get you scheduled within 1-2 weeks for your first visit (an 90-minute consultation). We’ll also discuss what regular follow-up options are available over the next 2-3 months.
